Learning

Man learns best when in a group and in a natural setting which simulates realistic situations. Hence the old adages "Experience is the greatest Guru of all" and "Venture to learn, Feel to experience but Do to Remember" assume great relevance.

Methodology

We follow David Kolb's Action Learning Cycle (Do, Reflect & Apply), a recurring process of learning and relearning. Every activity is considered like a project wherein we allow the participants to plan and execute the task. Thereafter, it is processed by our Facilitators, who elicit responses, analyze the behavior of all participants and enable them to evolve new concepts, to be applied to similar or different situations.
